Collaborative robotics · DOBOT

Factory-floor proven arms, deployed in the real world.

ORIT integrates DOBOT collaborative robotic arms into manufacturing cells, food service and on-site fabrication — specified, installed and calibrated for 24-month duty cycles.

Robotics, explained

A cobot works beside people — no cage required.

Collaborative robots are force-limited: they sense contact and stop safely, so they share a bench with your team instead of being fenced off. That means they fit existing workflows — tending a machine, packing a line, pouring a drink — without rebuilding the floor around them.

  • Safe by design — force-limited joints stop on contact.
  • Fast to redeploy — hand-guide teaching, no specialist programmer.
  • Compact — table-mounts into the space you already have.

The CR family

Four arms. One control system.

We specify the right reach and payload for the job, then deploy them all on the same ORIT control layer — so a multi-cell line behaves as one system.

Where they work

Deployed across four sectors.

A DOBOT quadruped carrying a collaborative arm, deployed on an active construction site at night
On-site after hours — a DOBOT arm on a mobile platform, deployed on an active construction site.

Manufacturing

Machine tending, assembly and quality-check cells that run lights-out.

Food service

The arms behind AROBICA — and behind kitchens that never close.

Fabrication

On-site welding, finishing and material handling for shops of any size.

Logistics

Palletizing, sortation and case-packing where throughput is everything.

What ORIT provides

The arm is the easy part. We own the deployment.

Buying a cobot is simple. Getting it productive on your floor — safely, reliably, for two years — is the work. That’s what we do.

01

Assess the cell

We walk the line, measure the task, and specify the right arm, reach and end-effector.

02

Integrate & calibrate

Mounting, tooling, safety zones and vision — installed and validated to spec.

03

Train operators

Hand-guide teaching and documented runbooks so your team owns day-to-day.

04

Monitor & maintain

Remote telemetry, preventive service and uptime guarantees across the duty cycle.

Tell us the task. We’ll spec the cell.

Send us one repetitive, high-volume job. We’ll come back with the arm, the integration plan and the duty-cycle math.
